High-precision positioning MLCC stacker
High-precision positioning and servo control enable to control high-speed stacking and improve production efficiency. In addition, it has excellent maintainability, enabling the production of high-quality products and maintaining stable performance over the long term.

Roll to roll stacker
The roll of ceramic on the PET film is cut into ceramic sheet of predetermined size and peeled off from the PET film. The peeled ceramic sheet is positioned in the X, Y, and θ axis directions, and then pressed onto the fixed plate on the stacking machine table. By repeating this operation, the ceramic sheet are positioned and stacked with high precision, and when the preset number is reached, the fixed plates are stored in the fixed plate box.

High-precision positioning MLCC printer
High-precision positioning and servo control achieve high-speed printing and improve production efficiency. In addition, it has excellent maintainability, is equipped with a detection function, and is capable of low tension control that suppresses film deformation.
Roll to roll printer
The material with ceramic coating on the PET film is unrolled from the unwinding device and printed on the printing unit. Then rolled through a drying oven. In addition, you can also read pre-printed positioning marks and print the positioning marks.
