Quality evaluation

Although we are a stacking machine manufacturer, we have a large number of advanced inspection machines that are capable of measuring and analyzing ceramic sheets. Inspection reports can be submitted upon request. Related consultations are available. (paid)

All inspection equipment is installed in a dust-free shed, and the temperature is controlled at 20℃±1℃ in winter and 25℃±1℃ in summer to ensure that quality is not affected.

Precision parts processing and measurement

At ALPHA, major parts need to be machined in-house with high precision and subject to rigorous measurements. This in-house manufacturing process allows ALPHA to ensure a stable supply of high-precision, high-quality parts.　
In addition, because everything from design, manufacturing to sales is handled in-house, ALPHA can respond flexibly and achieve accurate and fast work with skilled technology.
All processing machines are installed in dust-free sheds to avoid affecting quality, so the temperature is controlled at 20℃±1℃ in winter and 25℃±1℃ in summer.
The temperature of the high-performance three-dimensional measuring room is controlled at 20℃±0.5℃ in winter and 25℃±0.5℃ in summer.
